1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PumpDraft ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. The Platform operates on the Robinhood Chain Testnet (Chain ID 46630) for testing and pari-mutuel prediction market demonstration purposes.

2. Robinhood Chain Testnet Environment

The Platform operates strictly on Robinhood Chain Testnet. Any testnet ETH or points represented within the Platform possess zero real-world monetary value. Under no circumstances should you send real mainnet assets to testnet smart contract addresses.

3. Launchpad & Equity Asset Classes

Memecoins launched via launchpads (Flap, Bankr, Pons, Klik) and tokenized stock equities (QQQ, MU, AMD) are displayed for market movement predictions. Stock tokens are subject to stock market trading schedules and equity asset rules.

4. Prohibited Conduct & Faucet Fair Use

You agree not to exploit or abuse the testnet ETH faucet (`/api/faucet/claim`), manipulate pari-mutuel pools, or perform sybil attacks. Faucet claims are limited per IP and wallet address.
